Rare Relics OK
Ahri is widely considered one of the strongest and most versatile champions in the game. She performs exceptionally well at 3 stars with standard relics and becomes a 'god-tier' powerhouse at 6 stars, capable of First Turn Kills (FTK). While her optimal play patterns—often involving repetitive recall loops—can be seen as monotonous by some, her effectiveness and power ceiling are undeniable.
Infinite Scaling
Essential for consistency. It provides additional copies of Ahri's champion spell (Spirit Rush/Recall) and reduces their cost, facilitating the recall loops necessary for her strategy.
Generates 'Redoubled Valor' on summon. Because Ahri retains buffs upon recall (thanks to her 2-star power), you can cast this repeatedly to exponentially grow her stats before striking the Nexus.
Strategy
This build focuses on an One-Turn-Kill (OTK) strategy. Play Ahri, cast Redoubled Valor to double her stats, recall her using her champion spell (discounted by Echoing Spirit), and replay her. Hidden Tome refills your mana, allowing you to repeat the process until she is large enough to end the game in one strike.
The Gatebreaker Loop
Strikes the enemy Nexus on summon. When combined with Ahri's recall mechanics, this allows for repeated direct damage without needing to attack.
Doubles Ahri's stats on summon. This increases the damage of the Gatebreaker strike significantly with each replay.
Refills spell mana on summon. This is critical to pay for the 'Redoubled Valor' spell generated by Hymn of Valor every time Ahri is played.
Strategy
This is the premier build for players without Epic relics. The loop is simple: Summon Ahri (Strike Nexus) -> Cast Redoubled Valor -> Recall Ahri -> Replay Ahri (Refill Mana, Strike Nexus harder). This bypasses enemy blockers entirely.
Board Control
Provides the necessary copies of Ahri and cost reduction to replay her multiple times in a single turn.
Strikes the strongest enemy on summon. Replaying Ahri multiple times clears the enemy board.
A second copy ensures that even high-health enemy boards are wiped completely with just a few replays.
Strategy
Instead of focusing purely on Nexus damage, this build utilizes Ahri's recall mechanic to control the board. By replaying Ahri, you repeatedly trigger Stalker's Blade, removing threats and clearing the way for an Elusive attack.
Other Relic Options
A strong alternative to Hidden Tome or Hymn of Valor. It draws cards and provides Epic items, which can hit Ahri's champion spell for powerful cost reductions.
Ahri is a low-cost champion, making her an excellent user of this relic to flood the board with level 2 champions early. Often paired with Star Gem.
Provides Fated, Augment, and key keywords like Overwhelm. Since Ahri retains buffs, these stats stack quickly, and the Overwhelm helps close games if Elusive isn't enough.
Ahri's signature relic. While it provides a free Homecoming, it is generally considered inferior to other mana or stat-generating relics due to its low impact compared to her innate kit.
Constellation
Ahri's constellation is highly praised for its cohesiveness. Her 3-star power is a significant spike that makes her viable for almost all content. Her 6-star power is transformative, turning her into one of the fastest clearing champions in the game.

Spirit's Blessing
When you Recall an ally, grant it Spirit.
Whispers From Past Lives
+1 Starting Mana. Units keep permanent stat buffs and keywords when recalled. When you Recall an ally, reduce its cost by 1.Review
This is a defining mechanic for Ahri. It allows recalled units to retain their buffs, which is the cornerstone of her exponential scaling strategies using relics like Hymn of Valor.
Spirit's Blessing II
When you summon or Recall an ally, grant it Spirit.Review
A massive power spike. It reduces the cost of the first unit played each round (often Ahri after a recall) and grants global stats. This makes her recall loops mana-efficient and deadly.
Hold It!
Round Start: Stun the strongest enemy.Review
Stuns the strongest enemy on round start. A solid defensive utility that buys time for Ahri to set up her combos, though not essential for her offensive game plan.
Manaflow
Game Start: Get a mana gem.
Parting Gift
When you Recall an ally, it Strikes the enemy Nexus.Review
Considered one of the strongest 6-star powers in the game. It causes recalled units to strike the enemy Nexus. This effectively gives Ahri a built-in 'Gatebreaker' relic on every recall, freeing up a relic slot and enabling consistent First Turn Kills (FTK).
Gameplay Tips
-
The Recall LoopAhri's primary strength lies in her ability to be played, recalled, and played again. Because her 2-Star power allows her to retain buffs, any stats granted by relics (like Hymn of Valor) or items persist. You should prioritize finding cheap recall spells or items that reduce Ahri's cost to facilitate this loop.
-
Mana ManagementMany of Ahri's best builds rely on generating resources on summon (e.g., Lost Chapter, Hidden Tome). Ensure you do not spend all your mana before recalling Ahri, as you will need to pay her cost to replay her and trigger these effects again. At 3-stars, her cost reduction helps mitigate this.
-
Drafting for ConsistencyAhri relies heavily on drawing her champion card to function. Aggressively mulligan for Ahri. During the adventure, prioritize powers like 'Counterfeit Copies' or items that draw champions to ensure you always have access to her. Avoid powers like 'Trifarian Might' if you are relying on striking units to recall, as killing them prevents the recall effect.
-
The C6 Power SpikeIf you have Ahri at 6 stars, her gameplay shifts towards pure speed. The Nexus strike on recall means you no longer strictly need The Curator's Gatebreaker. You can instead focus on relics that generate more recalls or mana (Echoing Spirit, Found Fortune) to trigger the Nexus strike as many times as possible in a single turn.
