Evelynn
View on WikiEvelynn is a powerful and versatile champion who can clear even difficult content at low investment, but needs to be piloted carefully. If you keep track of units killed and block enemy removal effectively, the payoff is huge. However, she is also the single most champion-dependent deck in the game: not drawing Evelynn in your opening hand is a death sentence.

Guarantees Evelynn in your opening hand. Echoing Sprit is another option in this slot.

Capitalizes on Evelynn's ability to level up multiple times, repeatedly stunning the enemy board to prevent counterattacks.

Provides a rally effect every time Evelynn levels up.
Strategy
Whenever Eve levels up, Tempest Blade stuns the board while Crownguard Inheritance grants the attack token letting you make use of the stunned enemy board.
General pattern of play:
- turn 1, play one of your two/three cost husk generators.
- turn 2, play Evelynn, stunning the enemy board, preventing the enemy attack and rallying yourself. The timing is tricky. Too early and a big unit can drop that is not stunned. Too late and you take a big attack without little ability to block.
- turn 3. play a unit, stunning the enemy board again, etc.
You must count Evelynn's 6 max ally deaths for her level-down trigger.
- If Evelynn is stuck in her leveled up form, and you are not about to win the game, you are likely about to lose.
- Do NOT randomly kill husks. Consider if you need another level-up trigger because without tempest-blade, it can be very difficult to push nexus damage through.
- Do NOT let the AI kill too many of your units, including by chump blocking. Each kill counts towards your 6. If you hit 6 too soon, you will lose.

Deals damage to the enemy Nexus at the start of the game, instantly activating plunder effects.

Reduces Evelynn's cost by 2 due to the plunder activation from Swain's Raven Army.

Provides the necessary board control by stunning enemies upon her early level-up.
Strategy
This combination is designed to deploy Evelynn onto the board as early as the first turn. Swain's Raven Army deals damage to the enemy Nexus at the start of the game, instantly activating the cost reduction of Packed Powder.
Deploying Evelynn this early allows her to begin scaling her stats and generating Husks before the opponent can establish any meaningful board presence. Tempest Blade provides the necessary board control by stunning enemies upon her early level-up.

- level: 35Player:Nazoric
- level: 35Player:VodopadUmraza

Excellent for accelerating Evelynn's deployment, especially when combined with adventure powers that summon Husks at the start of the game.

Can be used to accelerate her mana curve if you can boost her base stats to the Titanic threshold, often paired with Luminous Orb

Provides crucial protection against removal-heavy encounters and specific adventure modifiers that target vulnerable units, ensuring Evelynn survives her initial deployment.
Evelynn's relic flexibility is relatively low, as her core strategy heavily relies on level-up triggers. Defensive relics should be considered when facing encounters with heavy removal.

Considered a trap by many players. While it triggers multiple times due to her level-ups, the summoned units quickly fill the board and cannot be consumed by Husks, hindering her scaling.
Evelynn's constellation upgrades solidify her early-game tempo, but she is already a formidable champion at three stars. Her upgrades focus on accelerating her deployment and scaling her stats rather than altering her core linear strategy. She is considered one of the strongest champions for newer accounts due to her low reliance on epic upgrades.

Peak of Ecstasy
When you level up an ally champion, grant allies everywhere +1|+1.
Love Eternal
+1 Starting Mana. The first time you kill an allied follower each round, create a
Fleeting copy of it in hand.
Peak of Ecstasy II
When you level up an ally champion, grant allies everywhere +2|+2.
Biggledust Sprinkle
When you summon a created ally, grant it +1|+1.Review
Provides a minor stat boost to created allies and helps Husks survive. This is particularly useful for specific encounters where zero-power units might otherwise die at round end.

Manaflow
Game Start: Get a mana gem.Review
A massive power spike that grants an extra starting mana gem. This allows Evelynn to be played on Turn 2, or even Turn 1 with cost-reduction relics, significantly improving her tempo and consistency.

Night's Kiss
When an allied Husk grants stats to an ally, it grants double the amount.Review
Causes Husks to grant double stats. While it offers incredible scaling, many players consider it a supplementary upgrade since Evelynn's core stun and rally loop usually secures the game before this scaling becomes strictly necessary.
- Aggressive Mulligan Strategy
Always mulligan aggressively to find Evelynn. Her base deck lacks strong win conditions without her, making her presence on the board absolutely critical for success. If she is not drawn, the deck struggles to generate meaningful pressure.
- Optimal Deployment Timing
The ideal opening sequence involves playing a low-cost unit on the first turn to generate a Husk, followed by playing Evelynn on the second turn. This immediately triggers her level-up, granting her the Husk's stats and activating relics like Tempest Blade.
- Support Champion Synergies
Fiddlesticks is an excellent support champion because his signature item places him in the enemy deck, guaranteeing that you draw Evelynn. Conversely, avoid support champions with Ephemeral units (like Zed), as their deaths will unnecessarily advance Evelynn's level-up counter.
- Draft Fast Speed Ally-Kill spells
If you have tempest blade, you badly want a way to kill husks during an enemy attack phase, stopping it in its tracks. Eve doesn't start with any, so always pick up spells that let you kill a husk at 'Fast' speed.
