Epic Relics
Jack is widely considered a polarizing and underpowered champion. While specific combo-oriented players enjoy his unique mechanics, the consensus is that he is slow, clunky, and heavily punished by common game mechanics like 'Tough' units. His 'Focus' speed coins (a carry-over from PvP nerfs) severely limit his reactive capabilities.
The King of the Ring
The definitive best-in-slot relic. Jack can target himself with 'Prize Fight' to trigger Fated, granting stats and eventually Overwhelm and Regeneration, which solves his lack of keywords and sustain.
Synergizes perfectly with Prize Fight and Chosen by the Stars. Jack takes damage during his strikes (unless protected), granting him massive stats to dominate the board.
Jack burns through his hand quickly with cheap cards and coin generation. This relic provides the essential card draw needed to maintain his engine without running out of steam.
Strategy
Use 'Prize Fight' to force strikes between Jack and enemies. Target Jack to trigger Fated from 'Chosen by the Stars'. As he takes damage, 'The Berserker's Buckle' will scale him into a massive threat with Overwhelm. Use the card draw from the Spade to keep your hand full of answers.
Infinite Rally Combo
Prevents Jack from taking damage while attacking. This allows you to use 'Prize Fight' aggressively during combat without risking his health.
Used to copy a support ally that grants Rally (like the one in his starting deck). By copying it, you can chain multiple attacks in a single turn.
Allows Jack to eat the copied units to clear board space and gain their stats, facilitating the infinite loop.
Strategy
This is a high-ceiling combo build. The goal is to set up a board state where you can repeatedly attack, copy a Rally unit with Condenser, and attack again. Death's Foil ensures Jack survives the constant combat.
Budget Brawler
The best Rare relic for scaling Jack's stats through his self-damage mechanics.
Essential for card draw, as Jack's base deck lacks reliable ways to refill the hand.
Provides Regeneration to heal up the damage taken from 'Prize Fight' trades, keeping Jack healthy for the next round.
Other Relic Options
A strong alternative for mana generation and card flow, often used in place of The Gravedigger's Spade.
Effective for late-game scaling. Once you hit 6 mana, doubling Coins and Prize Fights can lead to explosive turns.
Can be used to accelerate Jack's leveling condition and provide a burst of stats.
Constellation
Jack's star powers are frequently criticized for being outdated and low-impact. His reliance on 'Brash' and 1-damage pings makes him struggle against high-stat enemies, particularly in the Lissandra adventure.

Tip the Scales
When you refill mana, give allies +1|+0 this round.
Sleepin with the Fishes
+1 Starting Mana. When you gain the attack token, create a Fleeting Prize Fight in hand.Review
Widely considered one of the weakest 2-star powers in the game. It creates a fleeting spell token only on turns where you gain the attack token, offering zero utility on defensive turns.
Tip the Scales II
When you refill mana, give allies +1|+0 this round and deal 1 to all enemies.Review
Deals 1 damage to all enemies when you refill mana. This is inconsistent and often detrimental; against enemies with 'Tough', it does nothing, and against Lissandra's 'I Am Inevitable' power, it buffs the enemy board.
Gameplay Tips
Beware the Tough Keyword
Jack's 1-star and 3-star powers rely on dealing 1 damage to enemies. Units with the Tough keyword completely negate this damage, rendering a significant portion of his kit useless. Avoid adventures heavy on Tough units (like Tryndamere or Galio) unless you have a heavily upgraded Jack.
Focus Speed Coins
Unlike Sett, Jack's Coins are Focus speed, meaning you cannot use them reactively during combat or in response to enemy spells. You must plan your mana usage before committing to an attack or ending your action.
Mortal Marks Synergy
Jack is an S-Tier pick for the Mortal Marks Monthly Challenge mutator (which sets all unit HP to 1). His star power pings will instantly wipe the enemy board as soon as you refill mana.
Manage Your Hand Size
Between Coins, Prize Fights, and card draw relics, Jack can easily overfill his hand and burn key cards. Be mindful of your hand size and play generated cards aggressively to prevent milling yourself.
Self-Targeting for Fated
If you are running Chosen by the Stars, remember that 'Prize Fight' is a spell that targets. You can target Jack with it to trigger the Fated keyword and grant him permanent stats.
