Epic Relics
Low Investment
Neeko is a polarizing champion. While she is capable of clearing the hardest content (including 6.5-star adventures) with specific setups, she is often criticized for a weak base kit and underwhelming high-tier constellation powers compared to other champions. However, players who enjoy 'cheese' strategies or specific relic interactions (like Guardian's Orb) often rate her fun factor very highly.
Carpet Bomb (Optimal Damage)
Essential for creating copies of Neeko in your deck, reducing the cost of her champion spell, and ensuring you can spam her summon.
Generates Warning Shots on summon. When combined with Neeko's ability to be summoned repeatedly (and her C6 skill damage), this creates a 'machine gun' effect.
Boosts the damage of the Warning Shots and Neeko's C6 skill capability, allowing her to wipe boards and burn the Nexus simultaneously.
Strategy
This build transforms Neeko from a board-based attacker into a spell-spamming artillery unit. By utilizing Echoing Spirit, you can draw and play multiple Neekos. Each summon triggers Dreadway Chase Gun, and Luden's amplifies all resulting damage. At 6 stars, this synergizes with her constellation power to 'carpet bomb' the enemy board.
Infinite Orb Printer
Neeko is considered one of the best users of this relic. It grants Epic items to cards in your deck on summon.
Doubling up increases the chaos and value generation, rapidly stacking items on your deck.
Allows you to consistently draw Neeko and creates more copies in the deck to receive the Orb's buffs.
Strategy
The goal is to play Neeko (undisguised to ensure Orb triggers) and use her champion spell, 'Neeko's Shapesplitter', to shuffle more copies of her into the deck. These copies inherit items, creating a loop where you summon cheap, item-stacked Neekos repeatedly. This strategy can trivialize content through sheer value and infinite items.
Subtype Beatdown
Grants Overwhelm to your entire board (since Neeko has subtypes) and buffs Subtype allies, solving her issue of being chump-blocked.
Neeko levels up relatively easily with this build; the Rally allows for a lethal swing on the turn she flips.
Provides significant defensive utility and board scaling, synergizing well with her wide board of subtype units.
Strategy
This is the 'intended' way to play Neeko, focusing on swarming the board with diverse subtypes. The Beast Within ensures your wide board connects with the enemy Nexus, while Crownguard provides the finishing blow upon leveling up.
Free-to-Play Orb
The core of the strategy; generates items on summon.
More items for exponential scaling.
Provides board control and removal upon summon, compensating for the lack of Epic relic consistency.
Strategy
A budget version of the 'Infinite Orb' build. It relies on the same principle of summoning Neeko repeatedly to stack items on your deck. Stalker's Blade adds immediate board impact to help stabilize while your deck scales out of control.
Other Relic Options
Considered 'GOATED' on Neeko. It grants all subtypes and the Lurker keyword, often instantly leveling her upon summon.
Can be used in speed-run builds to boost stats, though Neeko's innate impact comes from powers, not the relic itself.
Useful for challenges where Neeko's base deck is too weak; fills your hand with powerful champions to stabilize.
Provides a fleeting copy of her champion spell (or transformed unit) every turn, fueling the Orb printing strategy or general value.
Constellation
Neeko's constellation is widely criticized for being underwhelming or 'undertuned' compared to other champions. Her path includes a unique but controversial C5 node that grants global XP, which many players view as a resource trap.

Harmony of the Wild
Each round, the first ally you play with a different subtype than other allies costs 1 less.
Definitely Not Neeko
+1 Starting Mana. Game Start: For each ally in your deck, if it has a subtype, grant it Impact. Otherwise, it becomes a Shapeshifter.
Harmony of the Wild II
Each round, the first ally you play with a different subtype than other allies costs 2 less.
Survey Corp
Game Start: Summon a Greenglade Lookout.Review
Generally considered low impact. It does not significantly change her playstyle or power level.
Manaflow
Game Start: Get a mana gem.Review
Contains a unique '10% XP for ALL champions' node. This is highly controversial: some value the long-term account progression, while others see it as a waste of resources that could have been a combat upgrade.
Pop Blossom!
When allies attack, Pop Blossom deal 1 to all enemies and the enemy Nexus. Increased by 1 for each attacking subtyped ally.Review
Enables the 'Carpet Bomb' playstyle by dealing damage based on allies/subtypes. While it makes her much faster and allows for rapid board clears, many players feel it is weaker than similar powers (like Miss Fortune's) and not worth the Nova Crystal investment unless you love the champion.
Gameplay Tips
Disguise vs. Relics
When Neeko is disguised as a follower, she does not count as a Champion for certain interactions. Most notably, Guardian's Orb will not trigger if Neeko is disguised when summoned. To utilize Orb strategies, you must play her as Neeko (the 2-mana champion) rather than transforming her into a follower in hand.
The 'Gorb' Loop
Neeko is considered the premier user of Guardian's Orb ('Gorb'). By equipping Echoing Spirit and Guardian's Orbs, you can play Neeko, generate items on your deck, and use her champion spell (Neeko's Shapesplitter) to shuffle more item-buffed copies of her into your deck. This creates a snowball effect where you draw increasingly overpowered 0-cost Neekos.
Subtype Management
For her standard level-up condition, Neeko needs to see you attack with different subtypes. However, in many optimal builds (like the Orb printer or Machine Gun), leveling up is secondary to the immediate value generated by her summon effects. Don't be afraid to ignore her subtype condition if you are playing a combo-centric build.
Oath Warning
If you are using the Oath of the Guardians relic, do not transform Neeko when playing her. Transforming her into a follower will cause her to lose the Oath effect, meaning she won't shuffle level 2 champions into your deck.
AI Knowledge
The AI in Path of Champions typically knows which unit is Neeko when she is disguised, rendering the 'surprise' element of her disguise mechanic ineffective for strategic deception.
