Norra is widely considered one of the strongest champions in the game at 3 stars, requiring very low investment to clear difficult content. However, her constellation upgrades beyond 3 stars, particularly her 6-star power, are highly debated and often viewed as underwhelming or detrimental to her core synergies.

Strategy
This build is specifically tailored for a 6-star Norra and is highly effective for achieving first-turn victories in the 10-star Zoe adventure. Because her 6-star power summons Level 2 champions from portals, they trigger Hidden Tome's mana refill effect as they enter play.
Scales of Judgment provides crucial board control by forcing these summoned champions to immediately strike enemies. Echoing Spirit ensures a steady supply of discounted champion spells to maintain the portal generation loop.
This combination allows Norra to continuously cycle spells, generate mana, and flood the board with striking champions, overwhelming the opponent before they can establish a defense.

Strategy
This is the definitive build for a 3-star Norra, allowing her to clear the most difficult encounters with minimal investment. Norra's low cost allows her to be played early to trigger Oath of the Guardians.
The double Star Gems heavily discount the shuffled champions, allowing you to flood the board with powerful, buffed level 2 champions. This strategy bypasses the need for complex portal synergies and relies on raw, discounted stats to win.
Transmogulator Combo
Support: Transform my supported ally into a random follower that costs 3 more.
+2|+0 Support: If my supported ally is a follower, grant it Ephemeral and summon an exact copy of it attacking.
Support: Kill my supported ally and grant me its keywords and stats.
Strategy
This build relies on a specific interaction order and is highly effective at 3 stars. Transmogulator turns a weak portal unit into a larger follower.
Spectral Scissors then creates an attacking copy of that large follower. Finally, Corrupted Star Fragment allows Norra to consume the copy, gaining massive stats.
Note that this build loses synergy at 6 stars when portals summon champions instead of followers, as Spectral Scissors requires a follower target.
Aggressive Consumption

Strategy
Norra floods the board with portal units, which she then consumes with Corrupted Star Fragment to grow into a massive threat and free up board space.
The Beast Within provides the necessary Overwhelm to push damage through blockers, while Echoing Spirit ensures you have a consistent supply of Norra copies to play as spells for additional portal generation.
Other Relic Options
Norra's signature relic. While it provides a useful +1 starting mana, its Impact effect is often considered low-impact compared to other options. It sees use in specific aggressive or spell-spam builds but is not strictly necessary.
Useful for ensuring you have spell mana to cast Norra's champion spell or other portal-generating spells, especially before reaching her 5-star mana upgrade.
A good common alternative to Echoing Spirit. It helps ensure you draw Norra early and the created copies count towards her level-up condition.
A viable alternative in consumption builds. It grants stats and summons a Husk on kill, providing additional fodder for Corrupted Star Fragment.
Norra is quite flexible with relics. While she has powerful Epic combinations, she functions exceptionally well with Rare relics like Corrupted Star Fragment and Oath of the Guardians.

Gameplay Tips
- Manage Board Space
Norra generates units rapidly. Be mindful of your board space, especially in easier adventures where units do not die as quickly. Prioritize playing free portal units over cards from your hand to avoid overdrawing.
- Synergize with Trifarian Might
The 'Trifarian Might' power is exceptionally strong with Norra at 3 stars. Her 3-star power buffs portal units significantly, causing them to immediately strike the weakest enemy upon summoning, providing incredible board control.
- Avoid Shadow Assassin
Do not draft the 'Shadow Assassin' power. Norra relies on her units to trade and push damage; reducing their power hinders her ability to close out matches and breaks the Trifarian Might synergy.
- Level Up Condition
Norra levels up when you play created cards. Her champion spell counts as a created card, and relics like The Chameleon's Necklace or Echoing Spirit create copies of her that also progress her level-up.
- Beware of Terrify and Mill
Encounters that feature 'Terrify' or aggressive deck milling (like Fiddlesticks) can severely hinder Norra's portal generation. Draft interaction cards like stuns or frostbites to stall these specific threats.
