Samira is a champion that scales heavily with playing cards. The more cards you play, the more rally effects you trigger, and the more stats you gain.
Samira is often considered one of the most 'fun' champions in the game, with her spammy playstyle and the puzzle-like aspects of maximizing her discounts and rallies.
Grants Augment, which scales Samira's stats as she plays cards. Upon reaching 10, grants Overwhelm to convert her stats into damage on the Nexus.
Combos with Chosen by the Stars and grants a free card play per round.
The free card draw and discount enables Samira to play even more cards per round, scaling her up.
Strategy
Samira's entire game plan is to play more cards, doesn't really matter what card, so the game plan is to play more cards via Hexcore and Searing Brilliance while Chosen provides the necessary scaling.
Both spells in Samira's starting deck are pretty good with Searing Brilliance, especially 'Stylish Shot'.
Pings the enemy Nexus on turn 1, activating Plunder, and Samira's C3 ability.
Reduces Samira's cost to 0.

Strategy
Samira has many cards that benefit from Plunder activation. This build maximizes Samira's turn 1 capabilities, with the free Plunder giving Samira access to a 3 mana discount on the first card played, then an additional 2 mana discount on Samira herself.
Do NOT waste the discount from C3. Play the card you want discounted -3 first, then Samira second.
