Spirit Blossom Teemo offers a distinct and highly entertaining 'mill' playstyle that deviates significantly from his original counterpart. While his ceiling is incredibly high—capable of 'infinite' turn-one victories through deck destruction—he is heavily gated by investment. Without his signature relic and specific constellation upgrades (specifically the Puffcap Proliferation rune and the 5th star Manaflow), he can feel slow and inconsistent. Fully equipped, however, he is a premier control champion capable of trivializing even the hardest encounters.
The Infinite Mill Engine
  • Mischiefmaker's Flute icon
The cornerstone of his kit. It grants Spellshield for survival and plants Mushroom Traps equal to damage dealt by Teemo. This synergizes with his passive pings, creating a feedback loop of damage and trap generation.
  • Harmless Scarecrow icon
Essential for maximizing trap density and board control. The Terrify effect synergizes with his star powers to remove threats and accelerate the milling process.
  • Searing Brilliance icon
Provides consistent spell generation and acceleration, helping Teemo level up faster and maintain hand advantage to fuel his engine.

Strategy

This build maximizes the synergy between Teemo's 6-star power and his ability to plant traps. By planting traps whenever damage is dealt (Flute) and utilizing Terrify (Scarecrow), you force the opponent to draw into lethal trap chains that clear their board and deck simultaneously.
Wicked Propagation
  • Mischiefmaker's Flute icon
Converts the entry damage from Wicked Harvest into a massive burst of Mushroom Traps immediately upon summoning Teemo.
  • Wicked Harvest icon
Deals damage to all enemies on summon. When paired with the Flute, this instantly plants traps equal to the total damage dealt, jumpstarting your engine.
  • Echoing Spirit icon
Allows you to draw and replay Teemo or his champion spell multiple times, repeatedly triggering the Wicked Harvest and Flute combo for exponential trap growth.

Strategy

This setup focuses on immediate burst scaling. By dealing board-wide damage upon entering play, you instantly saturate the enemy deck with traps, often leveling Teemo and clearing the board in a single action.
Budget Survivor
  • Frozen Tomb icon
Provides a revive and a second copy of Teemo, ensuring he sticks to the board against aggressive removal.
  • Guardian Angel icon
Adds another layer of survivability, allowing you to use Teemo as a blocker or survive lethal damage while maintaining your engine.
  • Archangel's Staff icon
Ensures you have the mana to cast your control spells and generated cards every turn, compensating for the lack of acceleration from Epic relics.

Strategy

Designed for players without access to the premium Epic relics. This build prioritizes keeping Teemo alive and generating mana to slowly grind out the opponent through standard trap generation and spell usage.
Other Relic Options
  • Hextech Rifle icon
A viable alternative to Searing Brilliance. It plants traps at game start to help with early consistency and C6 activation, though it offers less utility mid-game.
  • The Grand General's Counterplan icon
Useful for generating a consistent stream of champion spells to maintain board control and trigger spell-based effects.
  • Corrupted Star Fragment icon
Can be used in conjunction with unit-generating relics to make Teemo a massive, elusive threat that ends the game through combat damage if milling fails.
Constellation
Spirit Blossom Teemo is notoriously resource-intensive. His base performance at 3 stars is underwhelming compared to other modern champions. He requires his specific Rune upgrade (Puffcap Proliferation) to function effectively, as it creates the self-sustaining trap loop his kit revolves around.

A solid quality-of-life upgrade that helps stabilize the early game by discounting enemy cards, but it is not the primary power spike.

Manaflow is critical for this champion. Being able to drop Teemo on Turn 1 allows you to start your trap engine immediately, which is vital for survival in higher-difficulty adventures.

The 'Infinite' enabler. This power causes enemies to draw additional cards when they draw cards with high trap counts. When combined with the Puffcap Proliferation rune and Mischiefmaker's Flute, this creates an infinite loop that mills the entire enemy deck in a single turn. It effectively changes his win condition from damage to deck destruction.
Gameplay Tips
  • The Puffcap Proliferation Rune: This rune upgrade is arguably more important than his star powers. It replants traps when they activate, allowing for exponential growth. Without this rune, his mill strategy is significantly slower and less consistent.
  • Terrify Interactions: Recent updates have stabilized the interaction between 'Terrify' and his star powers. Terrify now consistently triggers his trap-activation effects (C3) and contributes to his engine, making relics like Harmless Scarecrow top-tier choices.
  • Milling Win Condition: Unlike the original Teemo who wins by Nexus damage, Spirit Blossom Teemo often wins by forcing the opponent to draw their entire deck. In adventures with 'Unstoppable' or high-health Nexus modifiers, this mill strategy bypasses traditional defensive layers.
  • Baron Nashor Counter: Spirit Blossom Teemo is an excellent counter to the Baron Nashor adventure. His champion spell or generated cards can often reduce Baron's stats to 1/6, allowing for an easy execution.
  • Turn 1 Priority: If you have the Manaflow (C5) upgrade, always mulligan to find Teemo and play him on Turn 1. His engine relies on momentum; the earlier he is on the board planting traps, the safer you are.
