This build maximizes Spirit Blossom Yasuo's inherent cost-reduction engine to establish overwhelming early board presence. Yasuo's Windblade is the most efficient way to gain an extra mana gem, requiring only one relic slot while synergizing with his recall mechanics.
Perfect Hex Core provides the necessary free card generation to continuously trigger Gathering Storm. The Grand General's Counterplan ensures you always have a spell to play, feeding the cost-reduction mechanic while simultaneously removing enemy threats.

This build is specifically tailored for the 10-star Zoe adventure and revolves around a high-volume, low-cost card-play strategy. Relics like Perfect Hex Core and Spellweaver's Symphony ensure a constant supply of cheap spells and units to fuel Yasuo's 'Gather Storm' mechanics and reduce his cost.
While Yasuo excels at unit removal with his obliterate effect and recalls, he lacks a clear win condition in his base kit. Therefore, incorporating Overwhelm (via powers or support champions) is essential to secure victories. Portal Pals provides massive secondary threats to help close out the game.
Other Relic Options
Allows for drafting high-cost, high-impact units (like Atakhan) and deploying them as early as Turn 2.
Stuns all enemies upon leveling up, providing a massive tempo swing.
A decent option for mana acceleration if Yasuo's Windblade is unavailable. However, since his base power and health is 7 and he doesn't elics that give bonus stats, this is generally only used with spectral scissors.
Aside from putting Yasuo's stats into range to activate Starforged Gauntlets, this effect works well with his c6 power that grants epic items to storm conduits. Last Breath Rally is a commonly granted epic item, and this lets you consume those units for free rallies.
Inefficient Relic Options
This is unequivocably the single worst relic in the game.
While his high 15 base cost might make him seem like a good candidate for Frozen Tomb, you will often get him into play and win far before the Tomb pops, making it a wasted relic slot. Because his cost reduces with each card you play, he will often be discounted.
